I'm Stick Man, I'm Stick Man, I'M STICK MAN, that's me!

Previously you have seen the Forestry Commision's Gruffalo Trail and now the famous Stick Man is about. Can you find him? So I thought I would check out the Stick Man trail available across many of the sites. For £3 you can pick up a activity pack which includes, a pencil, crayon, trail sheet, pipe cleaners and activity sheets.

With activity boards on the way round linking in with the activity sheet in your pack, and keep your eyes peeled for the characters. Can you find them all? and maybe pop into the trees to find the Stick Man family bed.

I quite like the plaques put up for crayon rubbing, and then towards the end you get the chance to make your very own Stick Man (or lady) to add to the family tree. It does feel like a much more interactive trail, compared to the original Gruffalo.

Look out for the beautiful new animation of Stick Man on TV this Christmas! (Christmas Day at 4.45pm) Starring Martin Freeman, Hugh Bonneville, Russell Tovey, Rob Brydon, Sally Hawkins and Jennifer Saunders. More info at www.stickmanofficial.com/film.

Based on the much loved children’s picture book written by Julia Donaldson and illustrated by Axel Scheffler, creators of The Gruffalo. STICK MAN tells the tale of a happy go lucky father’s epic journey to make it home in time for Christmas. From Magic Light Pictures, producers of the hugely successful The Gruffalo, The Gruffalo’s Child and Room on the Broom films.

After you've seen the film why try a Forestry Commission Stick Man trail in a forest near you: www.forestry.gov.uk/stickman.
